William (Bill) Million
U.S.  Mountain Time

Since 1978 corporate contingency and recovery planning, intellectual asset and physical has been Bill’s business career.  Bill has held corporate management and consulting positions in Fortune 100 and 500 corporations.  As Mitigation Specialist for DHS-FEMA conducted state, county, city mitigation plan audits and supported personal mitigation planning. Presently continues working as Business Resilience Solutions and is a partner with The International Consortium for Organizational Resilience.  He is a published author of two books, written for The Disaster Recovery Journal, and has submitted several white papers.

Corporate and consulting background includes education and planning for financial institutions, hospitals, business operations, data centers, city and county government, and religious organizations.  Recovery experiences include building fire, flood and earthquake. Bill is the principal for hazard and threat analysis consulting in his company.


Master Business Continuity Professional and has been a certified professional since 1992.  A Charter and Education Board Member of The International Consortium for Organizational Resilience and is a Certified Organizational Resilience Manager, and has held VP and director positions at the Colorado Rocky Mountain Chapter of ACP

Cliff Petersonpeterson
U.S.  Eastern Time

Cliff Peterson has over twenty years of experience in information technology (IT), over fifteen years of business operations management experience, more than ten years of Project/Program Management experience.

Previous positions include: Enterprise Business Continuity Program Manager for a global financial services firm, Service Continuity Management, Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessment, reviews, testing, change management, and training.   Mr. Peterson is our technical project manager.


Howard Pierpont




U.S.  Mountain Time


With more than 20 years of Business Continuity experience, ranging from global large-scale precision manufacturing to small, stand-alone single site operations, Howard has an extensive and unique background in merging business continuity into continuous operations. He is a multi-year member of ACP and a current member of ISACA and a Past President of the Willamette Valley Chapter [Portland Oregon].

Howard is a Certified Organizational Resilience Manager by the International Consortium for Organizational Resilience [ICOR]. Howard is a Certified Recovery Planner from the University of Richmond, VA as well as a Certified Business Manager with the Association of Professional in business Management, Chicago, IL while maintaining a CBCP from DRII.   Howard is an ANSI certified Business Continuity Auditor for PS-PREP 110-53.

He is a Charter Member of ICOR and is an instructor and training partner with ICOR. Currently, as a DHS/FEMA DAE Disaster Field Training Office, Training Specialist, he teaches skill courses to people assigned to communities that have received federal disaster declarations. Howard also serves as Board Chair for the Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Response Association [DERA].
